Where do I submit a support ticket?

Published · Last updated

Need help from the Groundhogg team? Open a support ticket and we’ll help you get it sorted as quickly as we can. Premium support requires an active license or premium plan.

The fastest way to get help is to open a ticket from the site that’s having the issue. In your WordPress admin go to Groundhogg » Help » Troubleshooting.

When you open a ticket this way our team gets your site’s system info, and a temporary admin user is created so we can log in and investigate without you sharing a password.

Open a ticket on groundhogg.io

If you can’t access your WordPress admin, you can submit a ticket on our site. Include as much detail as you can, like the names of the flows, emails, or forms involved, so we can diagnose the issue quickly.

Sharing login access safely

If we need to log in to your site, use one of these options.

  • Go to Groundhogg » Help » Basic Help » 🔓 Send login access. This creates a temporary admin user and sends our team a login link.
  • Use a plugin like Temporary Login to create temporary access for our team.

Important: Please never send passwords or login details in a ticket or by email. Our team will never ask you for your password.
