Who qualifies?
The grant is for eligible nonprofits around the world. In the U.S., your organization must be designated 501(c)(3) by the IRS.
Eligible
- Nonprofits with recognized charitable status in their country
- U.S. organizations designated 501(c)(3)
Not eligible
- U.S. organizations with 501(c)(4), 501(c)(6) or other nonprofit status
- Nonprofits without recognized charitable status or documentation in their country
- K-12 schools, colleges and universities
- Commerce and trade associations without charitable aims
- Fiscally sponsored organizations
- Political and labor organizations
- Individuals

By applying you confirm that you are designated as a 501(c)(3) or equivalent organization.
What you’ll need
- Your organization’s name and website
- Its classification and a short description of what it does
- Your IRS 501(c)(3) documentation, or equivalent, as a PDF

I’m not a registered nonprofit, can I still apply?
No. Only 501(c)(3) or equivalent nonprofits can obtain the CRMA grant discount.
What products are covered by the CRMA grant?
The Groundhogg Pro plan, HollerBox Plus plan, and the MailHawk Plus plan are covered by the CRMA grant. The CRMA grant cannot be applied to other products or plans.
I already purchased Groundhogg. Can I get reimbursed?
If you already purchased but qualify for the CRMA grant, we will extend your license period by 6 months. No refunds or rebates will be provided.
Will the discount be automatically applied to renewals?
No, nonprofits must re-apply each year with their current status to maintain the discount.
