Our system makes downgrades difficult 🥲. To downgrade your license, please follow these steps.
- Cancel your existing subscription. Follow the prompts and if asked, mention “downgrade.”
- Re-purchase your desired plan by selecting it from the pricing page and then checking out.
- You will be issued a new license key; update it on your sites from the Groundhogg » Extensions screen in your WordPress Dashboard.
Once you’ve updated your license key, check the Groundhogg » Settings » Licenses tab in your WordPress Dashboard. It shows a notice listing any installed extensions that don’t have an active license under your new plan, so you can quickly see what’s no longer covered.
