What counts as one task?
One clearly defined piece of work, such as building a flow, setting up a form and its follow-up, or connecting an integration. On the free call we list your tasks and tell you how many there are, so you know the total before you pay anything.
Do I need to be on Groundhogg already?
No. If you are not, we include the platform in the plan we build for you. If you are, we work inside your existing site.
Why a flat rate instead of hourly?
You are paying for finished work, not for typing time. A flat rate means you know the cost up front and it never changes with how long something takes us.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many tasks you order. We agree the timeline with you on the call, along with the number of tasks.
Is custom code included?
We build with Groundhogg’s own flow builder and features first. When a real gap needs custom code, it is counted in tasks up front, so there are no surprises.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Once something is live and you see how it performs, order more tasks to improve it or build the next piece of your journey. Each one is the same $60.
