We are removing the barriers to getting started with Groundhogg by ensuring everything just works when you sign up.
To qualify for the complimentary install and setup, you must:
- Be a new customer
- Purchase a Basic, Plus, Pro, or Agency plan
Our install and setup service includes:
- Install Groundhogg
- Install & license relevant add-ons & integrations
- Configure cron jobs
- Connect an SMTP service
- Verify everything works
- Configure caching
- Import email list
- Sync users, orders, and contacts
- Providing next steps
We are super excited to start offering this service to new customers.
After signing up for any new plan, you will receive an email with instructions on requesting our success team to install and set up Groundhogg on your site.
Currently, we are offering one site per customer, but additional requests can be purchased at $99 per site.
