Groundhogg’s SMS add-on allows you to enhance your customer interactions with 2-way SMS communication. To utilize this feature, you’ll need at least one service plugin such as Twilio, AWS, or SMS77.

Send Personalized SMS

Groundhogg SMS supports the use of replacement codes, enabling you to send personalized messages to your contacts. This feature ensures your SMS communications are tailored and relevant to each recipient.

Integrate SMS Actions in Funnels

With the SMS plugin, you can add actions within your funnels to send SMS messages. This integration allows for seamless inclusion of SMS communication as part of your automated workflows.

Groundhogg SMS offers link-tracking functionality that restructures links in your messages.

Customize Sender Information

When sending SMS messages, Groundhogg will prepend your website name to the beginning of the message, helping recipients identify the source. If desired, you can remove the website name.

Manage Contact Location Data

Groundhogg automatically fetches the contact’s country from the contact metadata. If no country is specified, it defaults to the USA. You can customize this by setting a different default country in the settings, according to your needs.
