Groundhogg’s Activity Tracking feature automatically gathers and records site activity, storing it within each contact’s record for thorough reporting and analysis.

Explore a Detailed Log of Contact Events

The “Activity” tab provides an extensive log of events that occur for each contact, including:

  • Login and Logout Actions
  • Page Visits
  • Email Opens
  • Timers, Funnels, and Tags
  • Webforms Submitted
  • Tasks, Imports, and Unsubscribes
  • Broadcasts and More

Filter Activity Logs

The log can be ordered by “Newest first” or “Oldest first” using the “Order by” dropdown, allowing you to view the most relevant events. Additionally, you can filter the log by selecting “All Activity,” “Funnel Activity,” “Email Activity,” or “Web Activity.” A refresh icon is also available to reload the log with the latest data.
